Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will delivery be?
    The lead time varies on all products. This should be specified on each product page. Please do ask us if you require a more specific delivery date once the order is placed.
  • How do I set up my chair?
    You will be able to find a user guide to help you with the chair adjustments in our user guide section. Alternatively, someone will always be able to help set you up over the phone.
  • How do I build my desk?
    All desks should be provided with a set of installation instructions within the box. Check out our "User Guide" tab where you can find a YouTube video also.
  • Do I have to build my chair?
    This will depend on the brand of chair. Some will come fully built in a box, and some will come in components for easy self build. This will be stated on each product page. Full instructions will be provided with any chairs that need building. We are always available to offer assistance over the phone or email if required.
  • How much is shipping/delivery?
    Shipping is calculated at the checkout. This will vary on the items ordered. See below: Accessories - £5.99 Desks - £10 Chairs - £20 Large Accessories e.g. Leg Rests - £10

  • Is the price include VAT?
    All prices shown on our website are excluding VAT. This will be added on at checkout stage. VAT is 20%.
  • What fabric can my chair come in?
    There is a wide variety of fabric colours on each chair. This should be listed on each product under "Fabrics" - This may vary the lead time on the item. If unsure, don't hesitate to ask us.
  • How do I know what chair to order?
    If you would like any assistance choosing a chair, give us a call and someone will be more than happy to offer advice. Alternatively, if you have an area of concern (lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain etc.) we are able to make recommendations on what equipment will offer support.
